How Can I Use Havalines VIP?
Arriving Passengers at Istanbul Airport -2. If they specify the location they will go to by contacting us on the phone number +90 539 301 29 91 or via our Whatsapp Line from our Ticket Sales Offices located on the 1st floor, reservations will be made. After the reservation is completed, our Travel Assistant, together with our VIP vehicle, will meet our guest at their location and accompany them to their destination.
What Happens If My Flight Time Change?
If your flight time changes, you can change your transfer start time up to 6 hours before your transfer will take place. If your scheduled return or arrival flight changes during your flight, please inform our customer representative by contacting us via the support line at vip.havalines.com or by calling us on the Whatsapp line at +90 539 301 29 91

If you are traveling with a baby, we recommend that you bring your own baby car seat. Hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Erster Kontakt vorab erfolgte per WhatsApp mit Semih. Mit ihm konnte man problemlos die Einzelheiten klären. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im Flughafen Istanbul IST der Schalter von Havalines etwas schwierig zu finden. Er ist draußen am Ausgang B.
Fahrzeuge sind super. Fahrer waren sehr nett. Es gab Wasser, WLAN und USB im Wagen. Fragt nach dem WLAN passwort.
Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Istanbul nutzen wir den Service wieder.
